Design of the wedding invitations to Ferran and Joana’s marriage, held on the Costa Brava. This marine, fresh and natural environment has been the leitmotiv of the event handmade image. Its design tries to represent the personality of this landscape through the chosen shapes and colors. The minimalist and abstract cover has been worked with watercolor. A large marine color brush-stroke runs along the outside of the brochure and in contrast to the white paper it draws an oscillating horizon with a certain dynamism.

The names of the couple are calligraphic. The little slant of the letters and their irregular shapes contribute to enhance the fresh and spontaneous nature of the composition in a controlled way and avoiding an excess of informality. Handwritten with a traditional metallic pen, their names appear also inside the invitation. Unlike the outside, in the inner face, the structure is centered, with the predominant white complemented with the gray tones of the photography and the text in navy blue.
